The Group has grown leaps and bounds over the past 38 years. From being merely an infrastructure contractor, we have now expanded our business to building construction, property development as well as real estate business.
Todate the group has successfully completed and delivered over 4,500 units of residential property and over 800 units of commercial property including industrial building with total built-up area of approximately 31,000 sq. ft. in Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka and Seremban.
In addition, the Group has approximately 220,000 sq. ft. of retail/office space in Megan Salak Park, a furniture mall with built-up area of approximately 110,000 sq. ft. and a badminton hall measuring about 60,000 sq. ft. in land area for rent. The Group also owned and operating 600 car-park bays for motor vehicles. The aforesaid properties are all situated in a notable integrated township of approximately 200 acres of prime land in Taman Desa Petaling, Kuala Lumpur which is strategically located within the established area and away from the congestion of city centre but with good network of roads.
