The Urban Development Authority (UDA) was established by the government on 12 November 1971 to embark on the advancement of the nation’s planned urban development. After 29 years of steadfast dedication and success, UDA was incorporated on 1 September 1996 and became UDA Holdings Sdn Bhd. UDA continued to take bigger steps forward, establishing a reputation as a public limited company known as UDA Holdings Berhad since 14 July 1999. The listing of the Company on the Main Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) followed on 18 November 1999. Since then, the Company has included investment holding and property development as its principal ventures while the Group has endeavoured into land and property development, property management and the leisure industry.
