A first for Malaysian homes

Staying true to its mission to build a sustainable and vibrant community, property developer Tropicana Corporation Berhad had entered into a strategic collaboration with PanaHome Malaysia to build 272 semi-detached innovative eco homes at its latest township – Tropicana Aman (pictured).

The unveiling of Cheria Residences, the third phase of the residential precinct at the 863-acre Tropicana Aman marked the first collaboration between both companies.

Cheria Residences is the brainchild of both companies, embracing innovative design and concepts that are fitted with Japanese intelligent construction technology that aims to improve the quality of lives.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dato’ Yau Kok Seng, CEO of Tropicana, said Tropicana has always been working in sync with the pulse of local communities to enrich lives and improve the ecosystem.


“Building innovative intelligent homes with PanaHome is a sign of our commitment to not just creating harmonious partnerships for the benefit of our customers but ultimately, to also create an ideal and vibrant township that is sustainable and holistic in nature.

“Going forward, Tropicana plans to build more sustainable homes in each of its townships.”
