 JOB DESCRIPTION

Dot Property Group is a Digital Media Company that operates a portfolio of 12 websites and print products covering 10 ASEAN Countries.

Our mission is to provide the most comprehensive choice of properties for consumers, whilst being the most effective advertising platform and lead generator for property professionals.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our Thailand team who are committed to making a positive difference in a fast-growing digital company. Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Support Tech team with tasks such as testing or data entry

Requirements

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related fields
  • At least 3 years of IT Technical Support
  • Problem solving skills
  • Service mind
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Technical and analytical skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for continual learning
  • A logical mind
  • A meticulous and methodical nature
  • Able to communicate in English
