JOB DESCRIPTION

Dot Property is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team in the Philippines. Positions are open to those who are creative thinkers, love selling and have a proven track record of success in a fast paced and competitive sales environment.

Dot Property is a Media Company operating 10 Websites, Events and Magazines across Asia, with the goal of offering the most comprehensive choice of properties to consumers, whilst being the most effective advertising platform and lead generator for property professionals in the region.

 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Generate new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Manage clients post sale
  • Pitch new products
  • Be highly creative and show initiative
  • Team player
  • Set customer expectations accurately
  • Maintain client data on CRM
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical and accounts
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Positive role model and ambassador for team and business

 

Requirements

  • 3 – 8 years sales experience
  • Customer focused
  • Effective influencer and negotiator
  • History of consistently overachieving against targets
  • Ability to close business
  • Excellent presentation and professional communication skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Excel in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment
